We were asked to renovate an apartment in Molfetta, a charming town by the sea located in the northern side of the Metropolitan City of Bari, Apulia, southern Italy.

The layout of the apartment was optimized to satisfy clients’ needs and dreams. An open space accommodates the main spaces of the house.The lighting system was designed and developed with the supplier achieving desired level on illuminance through lighting simulations while the furniture was designed and detailed by our architects to provide unique solutions. Through CGI, the studio helped the client understanding the project and interact with it since early stages of design.
